A patient with multiple myeloma and symptoms of spondylodiscitis was referred to the medical photography department and then the patient was diagnosed with a lesion that was suspected to be an abscess. The affected vertebrae in the paravertebral area and the psoriatic abscess were sampled using a CT scan.
